Explosion and player health

Today we’ve implemented physics based explosions. Now if a bomb explodes near some “real” objects they will receive an impulse from the explosion and will fly in different directions. More about how we implemented it here.

Another new feature is a health bar for the player. You cannot die yet, but your health can be 0 🙂
