I’m reading the Valve Handbook, which got leaked to the public earlier this year.
It’s describing a perfect work environment for shipping high quality products (games) like pearls on a string, and how they do it without bosses and managers!
If (when!) our game studio starts to make money, the items described in the handbook would resemble what our studio would look like with employees.
